1. Nature of Services

Our services are digital and performance-based. Due to the nature of digital work, time, strategy development, and content preparation may begin immediately after agreement.

2. Payment Terms

Payments are made via official Stripe invoices issued by Goo4TV LLC after client confirmation.

Service delivery begins according to the agreed terms outlined in the invoice or written agreement.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

A refund may be considered in the following situations:

  • If the client cancels before any work has started.
  • If the service has not been delivered according to the agreed scope.
  • If a billing error has occurred.

If work has already begun, partial refunds may be considered depending on the completed portion of the service.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after service delivery has started.
  • Delays caused by lack of client communication or required materials.
  • Completed service phases that were delivered as agreed.
